WILL YOU BE OFFERING MORE TYPES OF BOXES?

Yes, I am going to be adding new ones for every main holiday and for occasions in between. Do you have an idea that you'd like to see in my shop? Drop me a line.

CAN I BUY SINGLE ITEMS?

Yes! I have a section for that specific reason! Maybe you have tried some of the items before and need to stock up, or perhaps something just caught your eye and you'd like to try it out before you commit to buying a box! Just pop on over to "SHOP GOODS" and fill your cart!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY GIFT?

Of course you can.  If you have some of your own ideas, or have you already bought a few items that you may like to include, please send me an email with your request as well as your budget and we can put our heads together and come up with a beautiful and thoughtful gift!

CAN I ADD A PERSONAL NOTE?

Yes you can. Each box comes with a handwritten note to your recipient. When you check out, include your message in the box that says "Add a Note to Recipient".  If you place the order and forget to add it, just send me an email with your note request and I'll add it for you. Or you can leave the box blank and I will leave the card for you to fill out - don't worry, it will be on the outside of the box so you don't have to unwrap the gift!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A BOX?

Absolutely! If you don't like a certain scent/flavour/etc of something in a box, shoot me a message at hello@thegoodboxgifts.com and I will happily work with you to come up with a better fit.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

'Local Delivery' will be delivered 24-48hrs after purchase. Shipped items will arrive 5-7 days from date of purchase.

CAN I PICK UP MY PACKAGE?

Yes, but only in Winnipeg. Please select "PICKUP" as the shipping method when you checkout. I will then contact you via email to arrange a pick up time from my home in Crescentwood.  

WHAT WILL MY BOX LOOK LIKE WHEN IT ARRIVES?

I offer two methods of delivery:

-Personal Delivery in the city of Winnipeg. I will deliver your box tied up in perfect condition. Guaranteed delivery within 24-48 hours. Get in touch if you need a rush order.

-Shipped with Canada Post in a standard shipping box. I will package the signature kraft box inside of the shipping box. 

Where do you ship and how much is shipping?

I offer free pick up, or $10 delivery in Winnipeg, within city limits. I charge a flat rate of $20 anywhere in Canada, and $25 for the US. For everywhere else in the world, please contact me at hello@thegoodboxgifts.com to get a custom shipping quote.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. Please keep in mind that the post can get quite backed up over the holidays, so our holiday shipping cut off is December 12. If you need your package sooner, please email me at hello@thegoodboxgifts.com and I can arrange a faster option.

What is the shipping method?

I ship all orders with Canada Post and send them as standard parcels.

Can you ship alcohol?

I am not able to ship any boxes with alcohol outside of Manitoba due to liquor licenses.

Return Policy?

For the time being, I do not offer any returns. If anything is damaged from the post, please contact me immediately.
