Note - this tea (as the name might suggest) has been smoked over wood fires in the finishing process. It's truly a smokeshow in a cup (perfect for Lapsang Souchong lovers) so, if you don't love smoky flavours, this tea may not be for you.
Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy!
